    Person Specification

    QualificationsEssential / Desirable
    1A relevant CIM marketing qualification, marketing degree or equivalent marketing experience.E
    Skills
    2Strong commercial drive and ability to consistently recommend and act on new ideas to increase growth across relevant business units and products.E
    3Ability to devise and deliver product based direct marketing strategies commensurate with KPIs and objectivesE
    4Ability to undertake research and write high quality marketing material.E
    5Ability to gather, manipulate and analyse data in order to inform decisions.E
    6Ability to work at pace, under pressure to meet tight deadlines.E
    7Sound, objective judgement with the confidence to make key commercial decisions and report on results.E
