    You are a driven, and highly motivated individual with all the essentials skills and experience needed to be our office-based New Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of business opportunities and subsequently generating significant revenue from alternative channels, including Resellers, Retailers, Tenders, NHS Supply Chain and Marketplaces.

    We are leading marketers and manufacturers of a diverse range of products for businesses, schools and government organisations. Established in 1993, Poole Bay Holdings extensive product range includes; Hot/Cold Therapy, First Aid Supplies and Fire/Safety Signs to Outdoor Furniture, Cycle Racks/Shelters and Parking Products. Based in beautiful Poole, Dorset with 100,000 square feet of warehouse, factory and office space, we employ a team of over 200 fantastic people.     Summary of Role

    This new role will be based in our Poole office and required to expand our sales via alternative channels such as Resellers, Retailers, Tenders, NHS Supply Chain and Marketplaces. You will have a proven sales and marketing background and a track record of identifying and successfully converting commercial opportunities. You will be required to identify, research and execute tenders; approach onboarding resellers and retail partners; further develop our business with NHS Supply Chain and ensure we are represented on the growing population of online marketplaces.

    We are already an established and major seller of thousands of products to Amazon and a number of other major online retailers. We currently sell a limited range to some resellers and believe there is a huge opportunity to expand this channel with our British Made products. We have recently acquired contracts to supply the NHS and understand there are many other opportunities.
