The PBH 2-year Graduate Trainee Scheme is designed to attract the best and brightest marketing and business graduates to help us launch more new websites, add new products, and grow sales from our existing portfolio of businesses.
PBH Graduate Trainees will get hands-on experience, rotating between teams in various parts of the business including:
Duties and Responsibilities (will vary across different teams, listed above)
Essential / Desirable
Minimum 2:1 in a relevant Business, Marketing, ‘analytical’, or English Language degree
Minimum GCSE Maths and English Language (Grade 4 and above)
Ability to display our group values in the performance of the role
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in delivering high-quality work.
Adaptability and the willingness to be flexible in a dynamic working environment.
Ability to work at pace, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
To apply marketing principles in a pragmatic, efficient way.
Ability to undertake research and write clear, concise marketing material that adds value.
Strong proof-reading and editing skills
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to apply commercial awareness to PBH brands
Strong time-management and planning skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to foster strong working relationships.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
Show willingness and confidence to make recommendations and suggestions for internal processes, efficiency, and general business improvements.
High level of IT proficiency, including MS Office (inc. Excel) and other tools such as Business Objects and Power BI.
Knowledge of relevant commercial and direct marketing concepts.
Must be willing to work onsite in Poole, Dorset, up to 5 days a week
