    Meet Tom


    Tom, our Group Marketing Director, joined the group as a Marketing Assistant fresh out of University in 2008 and has since worked in all areas of marketing over the years.

    Over the last 15+ years, he’s had the opportunity to work on and launch dozens of his own ideas, from new websites, products, catalogues, advertising improvements, ecommerce development, and more. Many have worked, some haven’t, but in Tom’s view the job satisfaction from seeing the successful ideas launch, thrive, and become part of our growing business portfolio is hard to beat.

    Fostering a culture of rewarding ideas and proactive action is key to our business. Whenever possible, we look to give a green light to ideas that align with our company values, and we think it’s great that ideas are put forward from all areas of the business. We even have a quarterly ideas prize to reward ideas at all levels.
